Staff Survey
The staff survey is now available for participating agencies to use within state sector organisations.
The simple survey tool is designed to help employers assess current employee attitudes and behaviours towards physical activity and healthy nutrition choices.
With just 30 questions, the brief questionnaire takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is delivered on line, generating a confidential report that will help you determine the priorities for your workplace wellness programme.
Plus it can be used regularly to monitor changes that occur thanks to the wellness initiatives you put in place. Getting the survey is easy!
